Privacy notice
Who we are
This site is run by the Backbloom team. For questions and requests about your data, use the request form below.
What we collect, and why
When you request an invite, we collect your email address and your answers to the form (your screen, the lights you have, what interests you, whether you'd buy a tested kit, and your optional message). We use them to send you a beta invite and news about Backbloom, and to decide which hardware to test and recommend.
We only process this because you gave your consent by sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, Inc., which hosts this site and acts as our processor. Netlify may process the data in the United States, under its data processing terms.
How long we keep it
Until the beta ends or you ask us to delete it, and no longer than 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, with the request form below. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
When you send a request, we use your email and message only to handle it, and delete them once it's done.
No tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party trackers. Fonts and images are served from this site. Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operation.
